Rotterdam General Contracting first completed Phase 4 in 1989. Since then we have built Phase 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 7A which is under construction. Altogether, Rotterdam General Contracting has built approximately 800,000 sf of space. The Photo above shows Phase # 7 under construction, which is 65 feet high and houses their VNA racking system.
